1. Return Time:

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the product.

2. Return Conditions:

The product must be unused, intact, and in its original packaging. Please include proof of purchase and order number when returning the product.

3. Return Procedure:

Please make a return request through our customer service email or online customer service.

Our customer service team will provide you with return instructions within 24 hours.

Please send the product back with the return form, and the return postage will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or wrong.

4. Refund:

Once the returned product is received and passes the quality inspection, your refund will be processed and refunded to the original route within 7 working days.

Please note that shipping and other fees incurred during the return process are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy:

If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide you with a free exchange service.
